We are looking for a highly skilled and detail oriented Database Administrator to join our dynamic and innovative team. What You'll Be Doing: Administer and maintain database systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Monitor database performance and execute tuning strategies to improve efficiency. Design, implement, and manage database backup and recovery processes. Collaborate with development and operational teams to address database-related needs. Troubleshoot and resolve database issues promptly to minimize downtime. Configure and optimize databases in an Azure Infrastructure. Develop and enforce database security protocols to protect sensitive data. Provide technical guidance and support for database-related projects. Document database configurations, procedures, and standards for future reference.
The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $89,000.
Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities.
