Maintain an online project submission and management tool; manage contract circulation and execution; and organize, file and maintain documents in Disney’s document management system.Maintain Outlook calendars (including scheduling meetings and calls across domestic and international time zones).Monitor relevant department mailboxes and archive communications.Assist with legal research, general legal work, and various projects as needed.Manage administrative tasks, including coordinating with onsite facilities and IT, booking conference rooms, arranging travel, and preparing expense reports.Required Qualifications:A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting executives in a senior corporate or legal position.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Willingness to learn, including learning the various business units supported by the DCP Legal team and Disney processes and systems.Reliable, professional demeanor, and sound judgment, including respecting confidentiality.Self-motivated team player who has a positive attitude, is highly organized, pays attention to detail, prioritizes effectively, takes initiative, and adapts to changing circumstances. A problem solver.Proven proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Outlook, and Teams, and an aptitude for learning new software applications.Minimum of an associate’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with document management systems like NetDocuments.Prior internship or work experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.A Bachelors Degree.#twdcmedia
#corp_mediaThe hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $65,300 to $87,500 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
