We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our Paint Department at our growing service truck manufacturing facility. Our painters use state-of-the-art equipment and high-quality paint systems to produce flawless finishes that match brand-new chassis standards.

As a Painter, you will play a critical role in ensuring every unit leaves the department with a high-quality finish. Responsibilities include:

• Hang parts and power clean using degreaser, pretreatment, and sealer

• Spray each part evenly, covering all edges, corners, and surfaces

• Inspect work and repair paint runs and dry spots

• Clean and maintain all painting equipment, including:

  • Paint shaker

  • Primer system

  • Gun cleaning machine

• Maintain cleanliness of:

  • Prep bay

  • Paint booths & oven

  • Mixing room

  • Paint staging areas

• Accurately record time spent and materials used

• Assist other painters and team members as needed

• Prior auto body schooling or painting experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Self-starter who takes initiative

• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment

• Pride in producing a top-tier finished product
