This critical role involves crafting a high-throughput, low-latency blockchain capable of supporting large-scale gaming and digital entertainment applications. As the Lead Architect, you will be responsible for the architectural design of our blockchain, development of ecosystem infrastructure, and innovation of tools that enhance our technology stack. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and lead the recruitment and mentorship of a top-notch blockchain engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid track record in blockchain infrastructure projects, showcasing deep expertise in consensus mechanisms, distributed systems, and smart contract platforms. You should have a strong background in improving blockchain performance, practical experience in high-performance programming languages, and awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements. An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to excel in a high-growth startup environment are essential. While not a prerequisite, experience in gaming or entertainment infrastructure, knowledge of cryptography, zero-knowledge proofs, or secure multi-party computation, and familiarity with AI-driven systems or developer tool ecosystems will be viewed favorably.
