Duties Include: Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, software, and systems Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity or system issues Manage user accounts, permissions, and network access Maintain network security through updates, patches, and best practices Support backup systems and assist with data recovery when needed Document network configurations, procedures, and system changes Provide technical support to staff and assist with resolving IT-related issues Benefits Eligible for Enrollment:
