Location: Lincoln, Nebraska 68508
Serving travelers from Nebraska and surrounding states
Setting: Long-Term Care
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Schedule: 36 hours per week
Start Date: As soon as credentialing is completed
Employment Status: W2 Contract Assignment
Travel Pay Package
Weekly Gross Pay: $2,124
Taxable Weekly Pay: $900
Non-Taxable Weekly Pay: $1,224
Estimated Blended Hourly Rate: $59.00 per hour
OR
Local Pay Option
Hourly Rate: $52.00 per hour
Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,872 based on 36 hours
Requirements
Active RN license required (Nebraska or compact)
Minimum 1 year long-term care or skilled nursing experience required
Current BLS certification required
Ability to pass background screening and onboarding requirements
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Experience with electronic medical record systems preferred
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
Conduct resident assessments and monitor changes in condition
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
Provide wound care, catheter care, and other skilled nursing tasks
Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams
Participate in care planning, shift handoffs, and team meetings
Ensure compliance with state and federal long-term care regulations
Respond to emergencies and follow facility safety protocols
