About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Junior DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will support the design, implementation, and maintenance of our CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and internal tooling. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in building, maintaining, and improving CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, reliable software delivery. Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability across cloud and on-premises environments. Support infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools such as Terraform or Ansible. Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot build, deployment, and environment-related issues. Help manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes. Assist with incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem documentation. Contribute to automating repetitive operational tasks using scripting languages such as Python or Bash. Maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and runbooks. Participate in on-call rotations as experience grows. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience. 0-2 years of experience in a DevOps, systems administration, or software development role. Basic familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Understanding of Linux/Unix systems administration fundamentals. Exposure to version control systems, particularly Git. Familiarity with scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Strong desire to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment. Good communication skills and attention to detail. Preferred Experience
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or CircleCI. Exposure to container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, or Prometheus. Relevant certifications (AWS Cloud Practitioner, CompTIA Linux+, etc.). What We Offer
