Detailed Job Description
Demonstrated expertise in AWS, MongoDB, Datadog or similar tools, and PythonJava. Troubleshoot customer issues as needed, documenting details in JIRA and the PagerDuty oncall system. Review and triage escalated service and support requests. Utilize DevOps automation tools, including GitLab build jobs. Provide oncall support for P1 issues during weekends and holidays on a rotation basis. Manage the endtoend Change Request lifecycle, from initiation through closure, ensuring adherence to defined processes. Oversee the accurate categorization and prioritization of Change Requests based on business impact and urgency. Perform validation for developed product and services by leveraging available new tools and following best practices
