In this role, you will be responsible for the hands-on building and maintenance of our digital experiences. You are not just an administrator; you are a technical executor who ensures our web content is visually compelling, technically sound, and optimized for the user journey. We are looking for a process-driven individual who balances a keen eye for design with the technical ability to implement it.
Responsibilities
Content Execution : Manage the end-to-end process of loading and styling content within our CMS, ensuring all pages are mobile-responsive and visually aligned with brand standards. Microsite & Page Implementation : Use HTML and CSS to build and style content blocks, update landing pages, and maintain the visual integrity of our digital assets. Design Support : Utilize tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and web assets that enhance the customer experience. Workflow Efficiency : Maintain an organized development system and streamline workflows to ensure content updates and special projects are delivered on time and meet quality benchmarks. Collaborative Execution : Coordinate closely with Marketing, Product, and IT teams to ensure digital content effectively supports business goals and partner expectations. Quality Assurance & Audits : Conduct regular site and inventory audits to ensure all products, promotions, and content modules are accurate, up-to-date, and functioning perfectly. Requirements
Experience : 1+ years of experience in web design, content management, or digital marketing (strong internship or freelance portfolios are welcomed). Technical Literacy : Professional proficiency in HTML and CSS. You must be comfortable making styling adjustments and building out landing page layouts. Design Tool Proficiency : Hands-on experience with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite to translate design concepts into web-ready assets. CMS Familiarity : Direct experience managing and styling digital content within a professional CMS environment. Results-Oriented Mindset : A high degree of organizational skill and the ability to manage high-volume content updates with extreme attention to detail. Education : Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Why arrivia?
A Culture of Innovation : Join a team that values curiosity and is constantly improving our digital travel solutions. Grow Your Career : Advance your skills in a collaborative environment that bridges the gap between design and development.
