This position offers the opportunity to work as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team delivering a comprehensive pharmacy service including dispensary, ward-based clinical services, medicines information, and outpatient support.
Pharmacist Part time Job Spec F Key Responsibilities Provide clinical pharmacy support across hospital services Ensure safe and efficient medicines management and distribution Advise healthcare staff on best practice in medication use Support development and implementation of medicines management policies Participate in audit, quality improvement, and service development initiatives Requirements Registered Pharmacist with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) or eligible for registration Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary hospital environment Commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous professional development Details Permanent | Part-Time (17.5 hours per week) Hospital setting Dublin Competitive public sector salary scale and benefits Application Note: We aim to provide feedback where possible.
