You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of a commercial project in Cork, adhering to budget, timeline and advising on health, safety and quality standards.
This is a great opportunity to deliver for a progressive and growing contractor specialising in commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate all project activities, ensuring objectives for EHS, design, quality, programme, and commercial targets are met.
Review and manage construction drawings, specifications, and work requirements.
Plan and allocate resources, equipment, materials, and manpower to meet project needs.
Maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle and manage all project documentation.
Monitor schedules, update project programmes with senior management, and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, BC(A)R, and collaborate effectively with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and project teams.
About You Strong Engineering background.
5+ years experience in a similar role. xcfaprz
Experience with managing clients, design teams and site staff.
