The Company you will be working for;
MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our industry leading client on their search for an experienced Sales/Purchase Ledger to join their expanding team as soon as possible. This is initially a temporary role from 3 to 6 months however, this is likely to be expended or even made a permanent role for the right person! If you feel you have the required skills and experience, then please apply for an immediate response!
The Role you will be doing;
Key responsibilities:
Sales Ledger (Accounts Receivable)
* Raising and issuing customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
* Monitoring outstanding balances and carrying out debt chasing
* Handling customer account queries and resolving discrepancies
* Maintaining accurate customer records within the sales ledger
Purchase Ledger (Accounts Payable)
* Processing and posting supplier invoices to the purchase ledger
* Reconciling supplier statements and investigating any differences
