Job Description
Aureol Global Connections is hiring an Automation Engineer on behalf of Glanua Ireland Limited, Railway House, Station Road, Loughrea, Co. Galway, H62 VN56. Successful candidate will design, program, and commission PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems, develop functional and design specifications, perform FAT/SAT, and integrate VSDs and instruments into automated processes. The role includes on‑site commissioning, troubleshooting, and process optimization, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and key suppliers to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
Candidates should have good knowledge of communication protocols, and familiarity with HSQE management systems and statutory requirements. xcfaprz Good analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills are essential, along with a commitment to continuous professional development and mentoring junior staff.
This is a full‑time role of 39 hours per week with an annual salary range of €48,000-€58,000.
