You'll work closely with the warehouse management team to identify trends, reduce shrinkage, and improve overall inventory accuracy. While not primarily a physical role, occasional **lifting** of inventory items up to 30 lbs may be required for verification purposes. Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and report on inventory status.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to all company **safety** policies and **PPE** requirements.
- Assist with **logistics** planning related to inventory flow.
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to perform light **lifting** (up to 30 lbs).
- Knowledge of **logistics** and inventory **safety** practices.
- Familiarity with **PPE** usage.
