Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and investigate root causes.
- Update inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Organize and maintain warehouse stock for easy identification and access.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Prepare inventory reports and communicate findings to management.
- Assist with stocktaking and ensure accuracy of all inventory data.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
- Support logistics team with inventory-related inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and orderly inventory storage area.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and handheld scanners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Good organizational skills.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
