We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to manage and maintain accurate inventory levels at our Orlando, Florida facility. This critical role is central to our logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring that our stock is managed efficiently and precisely. You will be responsible for conducting regular cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, implementing process improvements, and maintaining detailed records. A keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to accuracy are paramount. We expect adherence to all safety protocols and provide necessary PPE. This is an excellent career opportunity for individuals passionate about inventory management within the logistics sector. You will work closely with warehouse and operations teams to optimize stock accuracy and reduce shrinkage. Responsibilities include: performing regular physical counts of inventory, reconciling discrepancies between physical counts and system records, identifying root causes of inventory errors, assisting with physical inventory audits, maintaining inventory storage areas, and recommending improvements to inventory control procedures. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and experience with logistics operations are highly desirable. The ability to perform lifting of up to 30 lbs occasionally may be required.
