We are hiring a versatile Warehouse Worker for our facility in Fort Worth, Texas. This position is key to the smooth functioning of our logistics operations, involving a variety of tasks related to the receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. You will be responsible for maintaining an organized and safe warehouse environment. Daily tasks may include operating forklifts (if certified), using pallet jacks, receiving inbound shipments, verifying inventory, picking orders, and preparing outbound shipments. A strong commitment to safety protocols and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is essential. This role requires physical stamina, as you will be involved in frequent Lifting of materials, potentially up to 60 pounds. Excellent teamwork and communication skills are important, as you'll be interacting with various team members and potentially external carriers. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, proactive, and possess a strong work ethic. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus, but not required as comprehensive training will be provided. Understanding of general logistics principles is beneficial. You will contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring timely order fulfillment. Continuous improvement and a positive attitude are highly valued.
