Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse stock using pick lists or scanning devices.
- Pack products securely and appropriately for shipping, ensuring protection during transit.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details.
- Apply shipping labels and other necessary documentation to packages.
- Stage completed orders for shipping carriers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, utilizing necessary PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock checks as directed.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks, including receiving and put-away as needed.
- Follow all established procedures for order fulfillment and logistics management.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet productivity and quality goals.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is advantageous.
- Must be able to handle frequent lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail are required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Understanding of basic inventory control and logistics.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety is essential.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Good verbal communication skills.
