Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming merchandise.
- Accurately stock shelves and storage areas with inventory.
- Pick items for customer orders using appropriate tools and systems.
- Pack products securely for shipping, ensuring protection during transit.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks for outbound and inbound shipments.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed (training provided).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Capable of frequent lifting up to 45 lbs.
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics principles.
