Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Verify product information and quantities before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.
- Operate pallet jacks or other equipment as needed (training provided).
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Report any discrepancies or damaged items to a supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and the use of PPE is essential.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
