You will be responsible for managing all aspects of inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Process outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and timely dispatch.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Coordinate with carriers for pick-ups and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counting.
- Manage warehouse organization and ensure clear access to all areas.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and use provided PPE.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or damages immediately.
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation accurately.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient team environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Shipping & Receiving or similar warehouse role.
- Capability for lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Familiarity with logistics and shipping software is advantageous.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
