Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Verify order accuracy before packing.
- Label packages appropriately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all warehouse safety rules and regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a warehouse environment preferred.
- Ability to read and understand order pick sheets.
- Familiarity with scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Commitment to safety and proper PPE usage.
- Understanding of basic logistics processes is a plus.
