Job Summary:
Join our thriving team as a Fulfillment Associate in Los Angeles, California! This role is fundamental to our e-commerce logistics, focusing on efficiently processing and preparing customer orders for shipment. As a Fulfillment Associate, you'll be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, from picking and packing to kitting and quality control. Your contribution will directly impact customer satisfaction by ensuring orders are accurate and delivered on time. This position demands physical dexterity, including the ability to stand for long periods, bend, and perform regular lifting of packages. Safety is our top priority, and adherence to all safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. You will work with a dedicated team, contributing to the overall success of our logistics operations. Opportunities for learning new skills and advancing within the company are readily available.   • Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanning devices.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Assemble product kits as required.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
  • Label packages appropriately for shipping.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and wear provided PPE.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, as trained.
  • Assist in other warehouse functions as needed.
This role requires consistent lifting and the ability to manage materials effectively within our logistics framework. Safety training and ongoing support will be provided.
