As a Fulfillment Associate, you'll be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, from picking and packing to kitting and quality control. Your contribution will directly impact customer satisfaction by ensuring orders are accurate and delivered on time. This position demands physical dexterity, including the ability to stand for long periods, bend, and perform regular lifting of packages. Safety is our top priority, and adherence to all safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. - Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanning devices.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Assemble product kits as required.
- Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Label packages appropriately for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and wear provided PPE.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, as trained.
- Assist in other warehouse functions as needed.
