Become a vital part of our logistics team as a Picker/Packer in the bustling city of Boston, Massachusetts! We are searching for diligent and efficient individuals to accurately pick items for customer orders and expertly pack them for shipment. Your responsibilities will include using RF scanners to locate products, verifying order accuracy, assembling items, and ensuring items are packaged securely and professionally. This role is fundamental to our order fulfillment process, directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. A high level of attention to detail, speed, and accuracy is required. You will work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members to meet daily targets. Safety is a top priority in our warehouse; therefore, you must strictly adhere to all safety procedures and consistently wear your Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves considerable standing, walking, and lifting (up to 40 lbs). We provide comprehensive training and a supportive team atmosphere.
