Join our vibrant logistics team as an Inventory Control Specialist in Miami, Florida! We are looking for a meticulous and organized individual to manage and maintain the accuracy of our warehouse inventory. Your responsibilities will include performing regular cycle counts, investigating stock variances, and implementing preventative measures to minimize errors. You will work closely with the receiving and shipping departments to ensure seamless inventory flow and accurate record-keeping within our inventory management system. This role is critical to our operations, ensuring that we have the right products, in the right quantities, at the right time. A strong understanding of inventory principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining a high level of accuracy are essential. You will be expected to identify and report on inventory trends, contributing to improved operational efficiency. Safety is our top priority; therefore, strict adherence to all safety guidelines and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are required. Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs may be necessary.
