Are you a motivated individual seeking a stable role in warehouse operations? We have an immediate opening for a Warehouse Associate in Baltimore, Maryland. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing inventory, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our logistics processes. Your daily tasks will involve receiving shipments, stocking shelves, picking items for orders, and preparing them for dispatch. This position requires physical capabilities, including regular Lifting of goods, and a strong emphasis on Safety in all warehouse activities. You will be provided with and expected to use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Accept, unload, and inspect incoming merchandise.
- Process outgoing orders by picking, packing, and staging items.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stocking and location management.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and guidelines.
- Wear and properly use all required PPE.
- Assist with cycle counting and inventory audits.
- Support team efforts to meet operational targets.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of warehouse procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center is beneficial.
- Capability to handle frequent Lifting (up to 45 lbs).
- Knowledge of basic inventory control principles.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or with a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
