Our thriving logistics center in Las Vegas, Nevada is looking for an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse stock. In this critical role, you will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, conducting regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and implementing strategies to minimize stock loss and improve overall inventory accuracy. You will work closely with warehouse management and operations teams to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure efficient product flow. This position requires strong analytical skills, a meticulous attention to detail, and a deep understanding of inventory management principles within a logistics environment. Responsibilities include: performing daily cycle counts and inventory audits; investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies; maintaining accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system; analyzing inventory data to identify trends and potential issues; developing and implementing inventory control procedures; and ensuring compliance with all Safety and security protocols. While not primarily a physical role, some moderate Lifting may be required. Adherence to company policies regarding Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is expected.
