Are you a meticulous and organized individual? We are seeking a Receiving Clerk to manage incoming goods for our bustling warehouse in New York City, New York. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and logging all incoming shipments. Your attention to detail is critical to ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining the integrity of our Logistics operations. Responsibilities include verifying quantities against purchase orders, identifying damaged goods, and ensuring that all received items are properly documented and prepared for stocking. A strong understanding of warehouse Safety procedures is essential, and you will be expected to promote a safe working environment, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). While not involving extensive Lifting, you may be required to move or stage smaller packages. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced urban environment. We are looking for a reliable team player who can contribute to the smooth flow of our Logistics chain.
