We are hiring a Distribution Center Associate to be a vital part of our logistics network in Charlotte, North Carolina! This role is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods through our distribution center. Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Load and unload trucks as required.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Perform regular inventory cycle counts and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the logistics operations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with RF scanning technology is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
