We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team in Tampa, Florida! As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a vital role in our distribution and logistics operations. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods efficiently and accurately. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and physical stamina are essential. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational procedures.
- Read pick orders to remove products from racks and transport to the packing station.
- Pack and seal finished packages for shipment.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with cycle counts.
- Keep a clean and orderly work area and warehouse premises.
- Adhere to strict safety standards at all times, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all orders are accurate and shipped in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations and efficient logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is advantageous.
- Ability to handle physical workload, including standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
- Comfortable with lifting up to 45 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse management and logistics principles.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Commitment to following all safety guidelines and protocols.
