Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic warehouse team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is crucial to our daily operations, ensuring that orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. You will be an integral part of our logistics network, contributing to the efficient flow of goods from our warehouse to our valued customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Responsibilities include:
  • Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and speed.
  • Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials.
  • Managing, organizing, and updating inventory.
  • Inspecting products for defects and damages.
  • Maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.
  • Adhering to all company safety protocols and procedures.
  • Operating warehouse equipment as needed, following proper safety guidelines.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems is beneficial.
  • Willingness to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety vests and gloves.
  • Understanding of basic logistics and inventory principles.
