This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to perform frequent lifting of items up to 40 pounds, standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift. Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Assemble and prepare orders for shipping.
- Load and unload trailers and trucks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the distribution center.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Assist with inventory control activities as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center role is an advantage.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable performing physical tasks, including standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Familiarity with general logistics principles.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be able to work effectively as part of a team.
