We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in Provo, Utah. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring the efficient movement and storage of goods. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
- Sort, label, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and shipping deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks and other vehicles using appropriate material handling equipment.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counting to maintain accuracy.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or safety hazards immediately.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Follow all instructions from supervisors and management to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Must be reliable and punctual.
