Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in Columbus, Ohio. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing the picking, packing, and shipping of orders with precision and efficiency. Your contributions are vital to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will be an integral part of our logistics network.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
  • Prepare shipping labels and documentation.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies, including the use of PPE.
  • Support the broader logistics team in achieving operational goals.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse technology (scanners, order management systems).
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring physical dexterity and stamina.
  • Capacity for lifting items up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Understanding of safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
