Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Seattle, Washington. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of our distribution center, ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped efficiently and accurately. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, from handling incoming inventory to preparing outgoing orders.   • Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments for damages and discrepancies.
  • Accurately stocking inventory in designated warehouse locations using appropriate equipment.
  • Picking and packing orders with precision and speed to meet customer demands.
  • Utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and manage order fulfillment.
  • Loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods.
  • Adhering strictly to all safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to enhance efficiency and safety.
  • Participating in regular inventory counts and stock takes.
  • Operating various warehouse machinery, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, after proper training and certification.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds. Experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
