- Accurately retrieve products from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Verify the correctness of picked items against order tickets or scanner data.
- Consolidate picked items and prepare them for the next stage of the fulfillment process.
- Maintain tidiness and organization within the picking areas.
- Adhere to all company safety standards and operational procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Meet established productivity goals and quality expectations.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks safely.
- Understand and contribute to the overall logistics process.
- Possess the ability for consistent lifting of items up to 45 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in order picking or warehousing is beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret order forms and product codes.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure.
