We are seeking dedicated and energetic Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic logistics team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our distribution center. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. We emphasize a strong commitment to safety and expect all team members to adhere to established protocols. This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds. You will work closely with other warehouse staff and management to ensure accurate inventory management and timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a team player, and possesses a strong work ethic. Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not required, as we offer comprehensive training. Our company values safety above all else, and we provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure a secure working environment. You will be trained on proper lifting techniques to prevent injuries.
