We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Your contribution is essential to the smooth functioning of our logistics department. We prioritize a safe work environment and expect all employees to strictly adhere to safety guidelines and utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE). This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to perform significant lifting and moving of materials throughout the day. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock merchandise onto shelves and into designated storage areas.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery, ensuring proper labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and reconciliation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Associate is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move up to 60 lbs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and proper use of PPE.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic logistics environment.
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
