Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and periodic physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.
- Maintain accurate inventory data using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Organize and label inventory for efficient tracking and retrieval.
- Monitor stock levels and flag potential shortages or overages.
- Assist with put-away and replenishment of stock.
- Ensure adherence to all inventory control policies and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to uphold inventory accuracy.
- Properly use PPE and follow safe lifting practices.
- Generate reports on inventory status and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in inventory control, stockroom, or warehouse settings is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and scanners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and contribute positively to a team.
- Awareness of warehouse safety protocols, including PPE requirements.
