We are hiring an Order Picker for our state-of-the-art facility in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Order Picker, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order tickets and prepare them for packing and shipping. This role requires attention to detail, speed, and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of accuracy. You will work within a dynamic team environment, contributing to the overall success of our **logistics** operations. We prioritize **safety** and provide all necessary **PPE**.
Responsibilities:
- Read order tickets and accurately retrieve specified items from warehouse locations.
- Use of scanning equipment to track picked items and update inventory.
- Transport picked items to the packing station or staging area.
- Ensure correct items and quantities are picked to minimize errors.
- Assist with **Lifting** of items up to 40 pounds.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all **safety** regulations and **PPE** requirements.
- Participate in inventory counts as needed.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our **logistics** flow.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment goals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to **Lifting** and moving products weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and understand order tickets and product labels.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Understanding of **logistics** principles.
- Commitment to workplace **safety** and proper use of **PPE**.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
