This is a hands-on role where you'll contribute directly to the efficiency of our **logistics** operations. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials and products from trucks and storage.
- Move inventory to and from various locations within the warehouse.
- Assist with order picking and packing as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Follow all **safety** procedures and **PPE** guidelines meticulously.
- Perform **lifting** and carrying of goods, ensuring safe **lifting** techniques are applied.
- Report any damaged goods or equipment malfunctions.
- Support the overall **logistics** process and team objectives.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent **lifting** (up to 50 lbs).
- Understanding of **safety** regulations and **PPE** requirements.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to teamwork.
- Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced **logistics** setting.
