We are looking for dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our growing team in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will play a vital part in our order fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, utilizing technology to manage inventory and fulfill orders efficiently. A strong commitment to **safety**, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a crucial **logistics** function. We expect our associates to be proactive, adaptable, and committed to meeting performance goals. Your role will directly impact customer satisfaction. We emphasize the importance of using correct **PPE** and employing safe **lifting** techniques. Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Verify product information and quantities against order details.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including boxing, labeling, and organizing.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring proper storage.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, following all **safety** protocols.
- Adhere to all company policies, including **PPE** requirements.
- Participate in team efforts to achieve warehouse goals and contribute to **logistics** efficiency.
- Assist with **lifting** and moving merchandise, utilizing proper **lifting** techniques.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform moderate **lifting** (up to 40 lbs).
- Familiarity with **PPE** and warehouse **safety** procedures is a plus.
