Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and preparing goods for shipment. Your contribution will be essential to the smooth functioning of our logistics network. This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. You'll be working with a variety of products, so attention to detail and care in handling are paramount. This role offers a great entry point into the logistics industry, with opportunities for training and advancement. We ensure all necessary PPE is provided for your safety.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
  • Store merchandise in designated areas, ensuring proper organization and stock rotation.
  • Pick and prepare orders for shipment according to packing slips.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, as needed.
  • Load outgoing shipments onto trucks, ensuring secure placement.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Perform regular housekeeping duties to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to Safety.
  • Participate in inventory counts as required.
  • Handle tasks requiring significant Lifting of materials up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for extended periods.
  • Capability for frequent Lifting and carrying of items.
  • Willingness to learn and operate warehouse equipment.
  • Commitment to Safety and proper use of PPE.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
