We are seeking an enthusiastic Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic warehouse team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be directly involved in the order fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This role is a cornerstone of our logistics operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for navigating the warehouse, selecting items according to order sheets, and preparing them for shipment. Safety is paramount in our operations, and you will be required to strictly follow all Safety guidelines and wear the designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves a significant amount of physical activity, including frequent Lifting of boxes and items, potentially up to 50 pounds, as well as standing and walking for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order details.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection.
- Verify order accuracy before sealing and shipping.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory and order progress.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and work area.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear and utilize required PPE at all times.
- Perform frequent Lifting and moving of packages.
- Contribute to the timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Support the overall logistics process from order placement to shipment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, picking, packing, or a related warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to perform accurate order selection and verification.
- Capable of performing physical tasks, including frequent Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to wear and use required PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of basic logistics is a plus.
