We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Coordinator for our Washington, D.C. operations. This role is critical for overseeing the daily flow of goods and managing the overall efficiency of our warehouse **logistics**. The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for managing inventory levels, coordinating shipping and receiving activities, supervising warehouse personnel, and ensuring strict adherence to all **safety** protocols. You will be instrumental in optimizing warehouse layouts, improving operational workflows, and driving productivity. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of warehouse management systems. This position requires the ability to perform **lifting** when necessary and the consistent use of **PPE** (Personal Protective Equipment) is mandatory for all employees. You will lead by example, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency within the team.
