Job Summary:
Join our growing logistics team as a Warehouse Associate in Colorado Springs, Colorado! We are looking for dependable individuals to assist with the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities, including receiving and processing incoming stock, organizing and retrieving inventory, picking and packing customer orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. This role demands a strong commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and, most importantly, safety. You will be expected to handle materials, operate equipment responsibly, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Regular physical activity, including significant lifting, is involved, and adherence to all safety guidelines, including the use of required PPE, is mandatory. As a Warehouse Associate, you are crucial to the successful execution of our logistics operations. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
  • Stock inventory in designated locations, ensuring proper organization.
  • Accurately pick products based on customer orders.
  • Carefully pack items to ensure safe transit.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training available).
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
  • Conduct inventory checks and assist with stocktaking.
  • Follow all safety procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet operational goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is beneficial.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of and commitment to workplace safety, including PPE usage.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to various warehouse tasks.
