Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick items from shelves according to order slips and prepare them for shipment.
- Pack products carefully to ensure they arrive safely at their destination.
- Operate manual and electric pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and **Safety**-conscious work environment.
- Strictly follow all company **Safety** policies and procedures.
- Use provided **PPE** consistently and correctly.
- Adhere to proper **Lifting** techniques and material handling best practices.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles as required.
Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Understanding of warehouse **Logistics** and inventory management principles.
- Strong focus on **Safety** and willingness to comply with all regulations.
- Must be comfortable wearing **PPE**, including safety shoes and vests.
- Capable of performing physical tasks, including **Lifting** up to 40 lbs.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
