This role requires strong teaching and mentoring skills, empathy, and attention to detail to support Caregivers in delivering excellent home care services.
Job Specific Responsibilities &Role Competencies?? Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching and learning sessions that reflect best practices in home care.
Work collaboratively with Shared Service Recruitment Team , HR departments, and management teams to meet training objectives.
Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Provide individualised support to Caregivers, addressing their specific learning needs.
Conduct and oversee assessments during Induction Training, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Ensure training delivery meets the requirements and quality standards set by Dovida.
Monitor, track, and report on KPIs related to training performance and outcomes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records to support monitoring and reporting.
Deliver Manual Handling and Patient Handling classes, ensuring all equipment used is regularly serviced and compliant.
Provide timely refresher Manual and Patient Handling training sessions for existing staff.
Complete the New Caregiver NCCA following Induction Training.

(Mandatory) Patient Handling Instructor Level 6 qualification (Mandatory) Minimum of one years experience in Care Management within a Home Care setting would be preferred. xcfaprz
