Full time permanent role.
Reporting to the Project Manager and support the Site Safety Manager.
Monitoring Dornan's safety performance and advise on compliance with our health, safety and welfare policies and the company safety management system.
Your day to day will include: Support the development of safety documentation, conduct regular site audits and inspections, and ensure findings are actioned in line with company policy.
Deliversite inductions, advise on PPE requirements, and ensure subcontractor safety documentation meets legislative and best-practice standards.
Assist project teams in preparing method statements, maintainingstatutory inspection records, and supporting incident and accident investigations.
Manage Toolbox Talks andsite emergency planning, while advising on first aid, training needs, and contributing to the final safety file for project handover.
Providesafety reports as required, promote strong safety culture across site operations, and complete additional reasonable tasks assigned by senior management.
What we are looking for: Ability to priorities workload Recognises own strengths and weaknesses and committed to ongoing development Acceptance of responsibility and accountability Health & Safety Diploma or above.
3 plus year experience.
