Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store incoming goods.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to specifications.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and proper stock rotation.
- Keep the distribution center clean, organized, and safe.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or operational issues.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals.
- Support various logistics and warehousing functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Basic understanding of logistics principles.
